Timing Is Everything

Plan to succeed.

If you fail to plan then plan to fail.  That’s how I’m approaching work and career these days.

I love writing.  I’ve been a creative artist since I was a child and writing/drawing/music/dance/acting was always a huge part of my life and always will be.

But I’m also businesslike in my approach, at least for the most part I am, and timing is everything when it comes to getting things done.  Especially when you’ve got as much on your plate as I do.

Publishing Infusion Blue

This series will be published in digital format (the current trend and wave of the future so I’m staying with it) in October 2017.

My original self-imposed deadline of October 2016 was too soon, and put too much pressure on me to “get the thing done”.  I hate that,  It adds too much stress to my life and who the heck needs that?!

Enjoying the ride.

That’s also part of the whole “timing is everything” idea.

Sometimes you have to take pleasure when it comes to you – going out for a good meal, enjoying fine wine, taking that spur of the moment trip – and put the work aside for a little while.  Alas, I have to come clean about this, it’s finally, and I do mean FINALLY coming to me that this is the way to go in life

What comes out of the blue......WILL scare the hell out of you!

Puzzle pieces.

That’s how I’m putting together this series over the next year or so.  Piece by piece.  Like a jigsaw puzzle that eventually fits together so well it’s seamless.  That’s how I want Infusion Blue to read and how I want the story to feel as I write.

Staying in touch.

I’ll be posting here at least once per month, and, you can also sign up for my Infusion Blue Newsletters – see the link below.  They will go out quarterly and give you lots of fun info about what I’m writing.  As newsletter subscribers you’ll also get a discount on that first volume in the series when it is published.

I’ve  received so much positive feedback on WordPress and on Facebook and I am so appreciative of all of it!  It’s a joy to write and do what you love, and it makes it all the more special when others enjoy what you are creating!

I’ll be back next month to post again, and I’ll be publishing my newsletter in October.  If you have feedback for me you can post here or on Facebook.  If you sign up for my newsletter you can respond to that as well.
